STOP™ Assessment Service

DuPont offers an objective assessment of your STOP™ implementation to identify successes and opportunities for improvement in your safety observation and audit programme. During your STOP™ Assessment, a DuPont STOP™ expert will evaluate the effectiveness of the STOP™ observation and audit processes within your Organisation . Our expert will also conduct a workshop for management leaders and supervisors on ways to improve your current observation and audit processes.

Working with your implementation coordinator, our expert will schedule interviews and observation tours, as well as assess data gathered from manual STOP™ Audit Checklists or from STOP™ DataPro™. This service is appropriate any time following your STOP™ implementation, however it is usually conducted after a STOP™ programme has been in place for a minimum of six months.
