STOP™ For Each Other

Safety is everyone’s responsibility. That’s why we enhanced STOP™ For Each Other, a programme that helps participants develop their safety awareness and talk with peers about all aspects of safety. The new, streamlined STOP™ For Each Other is based on the proven principles of DuPont’s Safety Training Observation Programme (STOP™), and integrates the best teachings of the former STOP™ For Employees programme with the peer-to-peer approach of STOP™ For Each Other. 

Using individual self-study, field activities and group meetings, STOP™ For Each Other teaches employees to rely on themselves and each other to stay safe. This approach fosters increased peer-to-peer communication about safety, allowing safety to become second nature to the individual and, over time, a greater and more integrated part of the company culture.

STOP™ for Each Other E-Learning Modules

Each participant will have unlimited on-line access to the following Interactive E-Learning modules:
• Unit 1: Introduction to STOP™ for Each Other
• Unit 2: The STOP™ Safety Cycle
• Unit 3: Conditions, Positions of People, Personal Protective Equipment, and Tools & Equipment
• Unit 4: Procedures, Orderliness, Reactions of People, Talking with Others
• Unit 5: Conducting STOP™ for Each Other Formal Observations
• Refresher: Reviews key concepts and practices six months after implementation
