Coastal DVD and video programmes are available for purchase only. To order any programmes complete the on-line order form and click submit on Products and Services.

PAYMENT
We will invoice your organisation for the full amount of your purchase (including VAT & delivery). Alternatively you can pay by credit card, please contact your sales representative for further details.

MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
Coastal promises to provide you with exceptional training materials in a prompt, efficient manner. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 15 days for a full refund. All prices are subject to change without notice. Tapes, discs or digital materials are sold for the life of the tape or disc. However, Coastal will gladly replace any tape or disc which is damaged or proves defective within six months of purchase.

SHIPPING
Most orders are shipped via TPG, TNT or DHL one working day after receipt of your order.
Previews and rentals should be returned via a traceable shipping service such as the companies above. The customer is responsible for loss or damage on return shipments. For your protection, you may want to insure the package for full value. Failure to return previews and rentals via a traceable means could result in your organisation being billed for the full purchase price plus shipping. The customer is responsible for transportation charges when returning previews and rentals.

COPYRIGHT
Any duplication of Coastal video programmes or print materials is expressly prohibited. Tapes are not licensed for broadcast of any kind, and may not be loaned, rented or resold without prior permission.

You can preview all titles on-line by clicking on the link in the product page.

DVD PREVIEWS
You can preview individual programmes on DVD for 7-days at no charge. Coastal reserves the right to limit quantities or to elect not to send previews. Previews are for evaluation only, and may not be used for training. By ordering previews, customers accept the responsibility of returning the materials at their own expense.

LATE RETURNS
Late returns of previews may be subject to additional charges up to the full purchase price of the materials ordered.
