SafeStart™ consists of five units, each taking approx 90 minutes to complete. Ideally
the sesions would be conducted once a week or once every two weeks.

Your SafeStart™ implementation begins with a 1/2 day leadership support session to help
the leadership group understand what it takes to make SafeStart™ succesful in both the short run (during the roll-out) and in the long run (post roll-out).

We have standardised the employee training into 4 options. All are conducted by a member of our experienced team, who are specialists in motivational presentations and behaviour based safety.

1) Train-The-Trainer course
These 2-day or 3-day workshops are designed to give your in-house trainers a comprehensive overview of SafeStart™ and also offer a train-the-trainer component that allows a hands-on opportunity to teach SafeStart™ On day 2 the participants actually lead a unit. After course your company rolls out units 1-5 on your own.

2) 1-hour kick-off sessions for all employees
This session covers the overall concept from unit 1. After the kick-off sessions, we conduct a Train-The-Trainer course and your company rolls out units 2, 3, 4 & 5 on your own.

3) 3-hour overview sessions
These sessions cover the concept from unit 1 and unit 2 completely. We then conduct a Train-The-Trainer course and your company rolls out units 3, 4 & 5 on your own.

4) Our experienced Consultants deliver all of the training.
