Online streaming videos offered via the site are NOT TO BE USED FOR TRAINING OF ANY KIND. In addition, access to Coastal's online streaming video previews is permitted ONLY via the authorised web links on Coastal's website, or via other authorised sites of Coastal's distributors and/or resellers.

Any attempt to copy, download, or otherwise store and/or provide access to the online video previews via any internet website not authorised by Coastal (whether or not payment is required to view these video products), shall be understood to constitute a breach and infringement of Coastal's standing "COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS" policy, outlined below, and shall be addressed in accordance with these policies.

Online previews are offered to visitors of wwwf.coastal.com free of charge, with the express understanding that these videos are part of a pre-sales evaluation process. As such, and to facilitate appropriate follow up, Coastal requests that site visitors who wish to preview online provide complete and accurate personal data via Coastal's preview registration system. This data is for Coastal's internal use only; data will not be sold, nor will it be shared with any individual or company outside of Coastal and/or its distributors.

If it is determined that visitors have knowingly or willingly provided incorrect and/or misleading information during the registration process, Coastal reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend further privileges of these visitors in the use of the online preview system.

By accessing any online video preview on the Coastal site, or via any authorised site of Coastal's distributors and/or resellers, you hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Evidence of an incidence of registration to view any video stream in the Coastal online video preview database shall constitute implied consent to be bound by these terms and conditions.
